Treatment Types
Spinal Manipulation (Diversified Technique)
Manual adjustment of the spine, customized to fit the needs of each patient to achieve the best results.
Thompson Technique (Certified)
A chiropractic method that uses a specialized drop table to help deliver precise spinal adjustments. It involves analyzing leg length discrepancies and using a low-force, high-velocity approach to correct misalignment's. The technique is known for its precision and ability to address the entire spine while minimizing the force required from the chiropractor.
Cox Technique (Certified)
Cox Technique relieves back pain, leg pain, neck pain, and a host of other spinal related conditions (disc herniation, spinal stenosis, post-surgical continued pain, and pregnancy-related back pain). Its application is useful for people with disc herniations, facet syndromes, spondylolisthesis, central stenosis, sciatica, and degenerative disc disease, and Spinal Stenosis.
Activator
The Activator is a treatment protocol used to treat many types of issues from back pain, neck pain, and headaches (both chronic and migraine). The Activator is a small, spring-loaded, hand-held instrument that delivers a quick, low-force and gentle impulse to the spine with the goal of restoring motion to the targeted spinal vertebra or joint.
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization is a unique, evidence-based technique that enables the chiropractor to address soft tissue restrictions, resulting in improved patient outcomes using stainless steel instruments effectively and efficiently.
Specially designed stainless steel instruments are used with unique treatment edges and angles to deliver an effective means of manual therapy. The use of these Soft Tissue Mobilization instruments, when combined with appropriate chiropractic adjustments and therapeutic exercise, leads to the restoration of pain-free movement and function.
S.O.T Blocking
SOT Blocking is a Chiropractic Technique that uses wedge-like blocks placed under the pelvis to correct issues associated with the pelvis, Sacroiliac joint, sciatica, or disc herniations. This specific technique is very gentle on the patient, without any manual manipulation needed. Gravity along with the blocks allows the pelvis to realign itself in a non-aggressive manner.
Kinesio Tape
Kinesio taping is used to reduce pain and inflammation and support muscles and joints in movement. This type of taping is NOT restrictive in any way and allows for the full range of motion during healing.
